1. Terms of Service

Welcome to Hercules Projects. By accessing or using our services, desktop tools, and web applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our software.

2. License Key Subscriptions

Our desktop applications (e.g., WhatsApp Sender, Mailer, Extractors) are licensed on a per-device basis using activation serial keys. License keys are valid for a duration of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Sharing, selling, or reverse-engineering license keys is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of service.

3. Obfuscation & Security Services

Our .NET obfuscation tools are provided to protect your intellectual property. While we use advanced security techniques to shield your binaries, you acknowledge that no obfuscation is 100% impenetrable. Hercules Projects is not responsible for any reverse-engineering attempts performed by third parties on your obfuscated files.

4. Acceptable Software Usage

You agree to use our automated marketing systems and web scraping tools in compliance with all local laws and the terms of service of the targeted platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, OLX, YellowPages). Hercules Projects is not liable for account suspensions, bans, or legal actions resulting from the misuse of our automation tools.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our licenses and custom software development services, all sales are final. We offer remote setup assistance and detailed video manuals to ensure you can operate our software successfully prior to purchase.

6. Liability Limitation

In no event shall Hercules Projects or its directors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our applications or services.
